Training Introduction
In order to continuously strengthen the full lifecycle compliance management of computerized systems in non clinical drug research institutions, comprehensively consolidate the foundation of data compliance, and further improve the level of implementing Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and the quality of safety evaluation research in China, the China National Institute for Food and Drug Control (hereinafter referred to as the Institute) will hold a GLP institution computerized system compliance application training course in Beijing on July 23-24, 2026.

This training focuses on the use, management, and supervision of computerized systems. The main content is as follows:

（2） Principles and methods for verifying computerized systems.
（3） Backup and disaster recovery of computerized systems.
（4） From Verification to Production: Interpretation of GLP Computerized System Continuous Compliance Audit Strategy.
（5） How GLP institutions classify and manage computerized systems strategies.
（6） Configuration management and change control of computerized systems.
（7） Full lifecycle management of electronic data.
（8） The application of computerized systems in document management.
（9） The application of risk management in GLP computerized systems.
（10） IT security controls and compliance requirements.
（11） Regulatory requirements and current development status of cloud services.
（12） AI Empowering GLP Compliance: Full Stack System, Application Scenarios, and Implementation Paths.

（1） Training format

The training will be conducted in the form of on-site lectures.

（2） Training certificate

After the training is completed, students can log in to the training system to view or download the training certificate.

1. Mobile terminal: trainees can view or download training certificates on "China Drug Control" WeChat official account, "Education and Training", "China Certification Cloud Class", "My" and "My Certificate".

（1） Training fee

The training fee for the training course is 2980 yuan per person (including trainer fees, venue fees, material fees, certificate fees, buffet fees, and other expenses).

（2） Payment method for training fees

1. Online payment

After students submit their registration information in the official account, they enter the order confirmation page, select an online payment method, click Submit to jump to online payment, and after payment is completed, they can view it in "Registered" or "My" - "My Registered". Online payment of training fees does not incur any transaction fees, and the confirmation of training registration is subject to the final payment time.

2. Remittance payment

After submitting the registration information, the student enters the confirmation order page, selects the remittance payment method, clicks to upload the remittance payment voucher, submits and completes the review, and can view it in "Registered" or "My" - "My Registered". Support both corporate to corporate and personal remittances (such as counter and online banking remittances), please indicate "GLP+participant name" when making the remittance. Remittance payment for training fees does not incur any transaction fees, and the confirmation of training registration is subject to the final payment time.

（3） Invoice

The training course issues training fee invoices, which are divided into electronic invoices (ordinary invoices) and electronic invoices (value-added tax special invoices). Students are required to accurately select the invoice type and carefully fill in the invoice information when registering. After the China Inspection Institute confirms receipt of the training payment, an invoice shall be issued no later than 5 working days after the end of the training. Students can check the invoice status and download the invoice through the following methods.

Other Matters

（1） China Workers' Home (Recommended)

The accommodation expenses for the training course shall be borne by the trainees themselves, and they shall settle with the hotel themselves. The accommodation invoice shall be issued by China Workers' Home.

2. The available accommodation is limited. The accommodation information collection deadline is July 16th. If you still have accommodation requirements, please contact the hotel manager directly. The hotel manager will make overall arrangements when available.

（2） Transfer station

There will be no pick-up or drop off station arranged for this training. Students are required to go to the hotel on their own and bear the transportation costs.
