Forwarding | New Edition of CNAS "Criteria for the Recognition of Inspection Agency Competence" to Take Effect from January 1, 2027

In order to comply with the conversion requirements of the new version of the standard "Requirements for Conformity Assessment and Inspection Agencies" by the Global Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (Global ACI), the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) has issued CNAS-CI01:2026 "Criteria for Accreditation of the Competence of Inspection Agencies" and its conversion work arrangements. The new accreditation standards will be officially implemented from January 1, 2027, and the conversion period set by CNAS is from January 1, 2027 to March 31, 2029. Details are as follows:
